Pick your crew, build your ship, then explore the vast and totally open universe complete with coordinates and hidden warps (wormholes); discover other intelligent life in space and establish relations, trades, or battle; find and mine minerals and bio-matter from other planets (with individual weather , gravity and geology) on other solar systems after you have orbited, scanned and landed on them and shuttled out your atv to do the work; Sell your gathered resources and artifacts, upgrade your ship components and report your progress at the space station where the story line will continue to update with reports that can be viewed in your log file, and you will also need to take your own notes on coordinates of warps or good mining planets or danger spots.
