This game was actually published after Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines and Commandos: Beyond the Call of Duty so theoretical it should Be Commandos 3 since the Commandos: Beyond the Call of Duty isn't an expansion but a freestanding game. Commandos 2: Men of Courage however, has taken this type of game even further. With new updated 3D graphic new characters, maps and a bunch of new gadgets you are up to a whole new, exciting game experience. You play the game mostly the same as you did in the prequels, but now you are able to use vehicles, cannons and other things around. You are also able to perform actions inside houses and buildings making the missoins even harder and detailed. Added to the game is also the ability to rotate and zoom in/out your veiw making it both easier and harder to come up with strategies. Apart from all the new features the game manual also includes a breif biografi of each character, something that really helps you to "get inside" the game. It actually makes the game experience more lively and serious than one would think. Upsides This game's 3D action allows more action and thought than the prequels, an enormous improvment. Smarter enemies and more challenging environment. Vehicles, new gadgets and new actions in the environment completly changes the game experience without changing the actual game. Downsides Short It only contains 12 missions with 10 bonusmissions. Summary: Over all This is a great game with the highest level of tactical and strategic thinking there is. Made for us who like games that contains really much thinking.
